29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) of this section: a) First Floor Deck - A carpenter working at an L-shaped floor hole (6 feet - 5 inches x 3 feet - 1 inch short side and 4 feet x 6 feet long side) was not protected from a 10 foot - 6 inch fall hazard, on or about May 22, 2012. AJG Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315679332, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 2, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4400 Reno Road, NW, Washington, DC 20015 ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
