The employees were not protected by any type of fall protection devices, on or about June 28th 2012.      H&E Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 314679457, Citation 01, Item 001, issued on 10/25/2011 with respect to a workplace located at 20 W.Palisades Blvd. in Palisades Park, NJ.    H&E Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 314673757, Citation 01, Item 001, issued on 8/30/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 246 Broad Ave. in Palisades Park, NJ.
