29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Every floor, working place, and passageway was not kept free from protruding nails, splinters, holes, or loose boards. a) Outside Near the cardboard bailer; on June 29, 2012, and at times prior thereto, nails protruding from the basement window covering exposed employees to puncture wounds as they walked past to access the bailer. b) Outside Near the cardboard bailer; on June 29, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the corrugated steel siding was torn and bent producing sharp edges exposing employees to cuts and scrapes as they walked past to access the bailer.
