29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) JC Construction, Inc. @ 1500 Curtis St., Denver, CO 80216: On 6/29/12, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from flying debris while demolishing a concrete sidewalk. Employees were not equipped with eye protection. This condition exposed employees to flying debris and struck-by eye hazards.
