Jasper, GA: Employees were working installing roofing panels and were observed working without hard hats exposing them to struck by hazards and employees were working below on the ground.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.    On or about 6/27/12 at Corner of Camp Rd and Nickey- Fay Ln. Jasper, GA: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22.8' while climbing out and over the guardrails of the scissor lift.  The employees did not have any harness while exiting the lift on to the roof. The employees had no type of fall protection equipment.

Jasper, GA: Employer was exposed to fall hazards ranging from 25'- 29' to the lower level while standing on the fork lift forks and riding the forks down from the roof.

On or about 6/27/12 at Corner of Camp Rd and Nickey- Fay Ln. Jasper, GA: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of ranging from 25'- 29' while installing roof panels on to the roof of the building that was being renovated.  The employees had no type of fall protection equipment.

Jasper, GA: Employees were using a portable extension ladder that extended only 16.8' above the upper landing, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
