29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. On or about 6/27/12 at Corner of Camp Rd and Nickey- Fay Ln. Jasper, GA: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22.8' while climbing out and over the guardrails of the scissor lift. The employees did not have any harness while exiting the lift on to the roof. The employees had no type of fall protection equipment.
