29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof of house, 1101 Gromwell, Lot 96, Oakdale, Pennsylvania 15071: Observed on or about June 26, 2012, employees working on the roof of a two story residential dwelling were not protected from falling. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
