29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:       a)  Jobsite, 97 West Bayard Street, Seneca Falls, NY, on or about  6/27/12:  A worker on a steep roof was traversing the peak of the main roof without the use of fall protection.  The worker was exposed to falling 12 feet from the eave to the next lower roof level.     b)  Jobsite, 97 West Bayard Street, Seneca Falls, NY, on or about 6/27/12:  Workers replacing clay tiles on the Northwest roof were not adequately protected from falling 15 feet to the ground in that they were wearing body belts that were rope tied to a main rope line.
