29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):     Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    a) Outside of second floor office - Platform bridging second floor stair landing to the overstock storage area is approximately 10 feet above the floor and does not have a railing with toeboards; on or about 7/2/12.    b) Overstock storage area - Promotional items such as footballs and soccer balls are stored in this area which is approximately 10 feet above the floor and does not have a railing with toeboards; on or about 7/2/12.     Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
