Ultra Thin Lancets) with various lancing devices and administered insulin injections via syringes (BD Ultra-Fine Insulin Syringes and Rugby Ultra Comfort Insulin Syringes) and the employer did not ensure that the lanets/syringes were engineered with sharps injury protection, on or about 06/26/2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
