29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Shop and at the logging sites; On or about June 28, 2012 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances such as but not limited to hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, motor oil, anti-freeze, diesel, gasoline, grease, and soap without first providing employees with information and training on those chemicals as required by the regulation.
