29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. At the site, Ashley Pointe Subdivision, employees engaged in framing duties were working at or above 13 feet and exposed to fall hazards. JESUS REYNA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITE FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315721829, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 004 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2510 MURICIA LEAGUE CITY, TEXAS 77573.
