29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers shall be inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with Maintenance and Use of Portable Fire Extinguishers, NFPA No. 10A-1970. a) Jobsite, 5749 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or before 06/27/12, a discharged Amerex fire extinguisher, ABC, Model A411, was located on the Krafco 200 gallon diesel powered portable asphalt tank. b) Jobsite, 5749 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or before 06/27/12, the employer did not periodically inspect two (2) Kiddie 1A, 10:BC, fire extinguishers located in the GMC 4500 equipment truck.
