29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) 902 E. Diamond St., Hazleton PA 18201; While the employee was wrapping the outside edge of the roof with aluminum without the use of fall protection he was exposed to a 12' 9" fall hazard, on or about 06/29/12.     Abatement Observed During Inspection  No Abatement Certification Required

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):     Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:     a) 902 E. Diamond St., Hazleton PA 18201; While employees accessed a roof area using a Werner D6020-2 20' ladder, which did not extend 3 feet above the landing, they were exposed to a fall hazard, on or about 06/29/12.      Abatement Observed During Inspection  No Abatement Certification Required
