29 CFR 1926.554(a)(6): All overhead hoists in use did not meet the applicable requirements for construction, design, installation, testing, inspection, maintenance, and operation, as prescribed by the manufacturer. Located at 353 Broadway, New York, NY On or about 7/2/2012 a) Employees operating a HydraWinch Swing hoist with a beta max bucket loaded with bricks did not clear the roof railing thereby overloading the hoist and exceeding the manufacturer installation and operation requirements.
