29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Shore side wood shop: On or about June 26, 2012 and times prior thereto, the fire extiguisher was blocked by equipment. This exposed employees from smoke inhalation hazard from delays in accessing the fire extiguisher.
