29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i):     Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means:                    (a)  Construction Site - On or about June 29, 2012 one employee was exposed to an electrical shock hazard of 120 VAC while using a mortar mixer that had exposed live electrical parts. The engine of the mixer had live wires exposed where employees could make contact. The mortar mixer did not have an on and off switch. Employee contacted two live wires together to start mortar mixer.
