29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b):    On or about June 27, 2012, employees engaged in in framing operations were exposed to fall hazards of the following:  a) Employee exposed to fall hazard of approximately 11.5 feet while accepting trusses while standing on the top plate.  b) Employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 9 feet while working from a makeshift scaffold in the middle of the building while receiving trusses.  c) Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while receiving trusses while standing on the top plate of the wall.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about June 27, 2012:  a) Employer failed to ensure employees that could potentially be exposed to fall hazards while performing residential construction were properly trained to recognize and minimize fall hazards.   Ramiro Perez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number#314642307, citation 1, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/07/2011.
