29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 500 East Street Bloomsburg, PA; While employees were working around the 14 inch wide concrete form without the use of fall protection they were exposed to an 8' 4" fall hazard, on or about 06/28/12. Mariano Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315798793, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (12/21/2011), with respect to a workplace located at 2041 Columbia Blvd., Bloomsburg PA 17815.
