29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Worksite - An employee masking for paint, approximately 25 feet above the ground, did not have fall protection; on or about 06/30/12    Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

The employee did not reconize the hazard and means to abate. The employee was not retrained; on or about 06/30/12      Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
