No. 10A-1970: a) Jobsite, Leechburg Bridge, South Leechburg Road, Leechburg, PA: On or before 06/28/12, an Ansul Sentry portable fire extinguisher, MU701840, located in the paint mixing truck, was not inspected periodically. The fire extinguisher was last inspected in June, 2009. The company, Panthera Painting Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vii) which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 314241662, Citation number 2, Item number 1, issued on 03/18/2011, with respect to a workplace located at Interstate 81, George Wade Bridge, Harrisburg, PA.
