29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):  Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:    a) One Canal Side, Old Donovan State Office Building. The static line (cable) which ran the length of the building for a total length of 221 feet was connected to the two outside corners, two floor anchors and was very loose along the edge of the building. With the cable being used in this manner, witha six foot lanyard attached to the cable, the employee would fall a minimum of ten feet before stopping.    CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
