29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Job site, 2205 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 28, 2012, during painting activities, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards in that romex used as temporary wiring was in the walking/working area, subject it to abrasion and exposing workers to contact with 110 voltage current.
