Ltd. was operated with unguarded rotating parts.     e) On or about July 5, 2012 - South Corner of the shop floor, the Sears/Craftsman 1Hp 15" drill press was operated with unguarded rotating parts.    f) On or about July 5, 2012 - South Corner of the shop floor,  the Delta 16 1/2" drill press Model #17-900 was operated with unguarded rotating parts.     g) On or about July 5, 2012 - South end of the shop floor, the Grobe Vertical band saw Model #4V-36, S/N #1104 was operated with unguarded rotating parts.     h) On or about July 5, 2012 - West side of the shop floor, the Jet Equipment & Tool 10" Tilting Arbor Saw, Model #JTAS-10-3, S/N #001735 was being operated with an unguarded rotating blade.     i) On or about July 5, 2012 - West side of the shop floor, the Jet Equipment & Tool Complex Drill/Mill Machine 28" Variable Speed, Model #JDP-28VS-3, S/N #5070055 was operated with unguarded rotating parts.     j) On or about July 5, 2012 - Northwest side of the shop floor, the TRAK DPM, S/N #K4V971579 wais operated with an unguarded rotating part.     k) On or about July 5, 2012 - North side of the shop floor, the Delta Type 2 drill press, S/N #013574W, Model #17-900 was operated with unguarded rotating parts.    l) On or about July 5, 2012 - North side of the shop floor, the Delta Shopmaster drill press Type 1 S/N #027123W5083, Model #DP400 was operated with unguarded rotating parts.    m) On or about July 5, 2012 - Northeast side of the shop floor, the Milltronics lathe, Type MT300U4-42, No. P22702, Model #RH19, S/N #7794 was operated with unguarded rotating parts.
