29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In dietary, an eye wash facility capable of supplying continuous flow for 15 minutes was not provided for flushing of the eyes. Corrosive chemicals such as Lime-Away, Eco San, Jet Dry were used in the area, exposing employees to chemical burns to the eyes.
