29 CFR 1926.652(b):     The slopes and configurations of sloping and benching systems were not in accordance with the requirement options of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), or (b)(4):    (a)    Gypsy Hill Road Bridge - East Side- Wing D - The sloping at the North East Corner of the abutment excavation was at an angle less than that which is required in Appendix A and B of this section. The excavation was twelve feet deep with three foot being solid rock and nine feet being clay. The lay back was cut to five feet horizontal, on or about June 7, 2012.           Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
