29 CFR 1910.266(f)(2)(vii): Machine(s) were operated at such a distance from employees and other machines such that the operation created a hazard for employee(s): Logging Road - On or about July 4, 2012, a heavy-equipment mechanic/welder was killed when he was struck and/or momentarily pinned by a Timber Pro 735B timber harvester while the harvester was being moved across a dirt road and in close proximity to a service truck.
