29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: Location: 2nd floor, 45 Nash Street, New Haven, CT 06511 The Ridgid model TS2400-1 ten inch table saw used for hand-fed wood ripping was not equipped with a guard to enclose the portion of the saw blade above the table.
