29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. At 6442 US Hwy 19, an employee working on the electrical wiring for a sign from a truck mounted aerial lift was exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard, in that, the employee was not required to wear a restraint device, observed on or about 07/05/2012.
