29 CFR 1910.30(a)(2): Portable dockboards shall be secured in position, either by being anchored or equipped with devices which will prevent their slipping: a) Fresh Encounter Inc. located on 317 West Main Cross Street in Findlay, OH: On or about July 5, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the portable dockboard accessed daily by the forklift operator to load and unload freight was secured in position to prevent slipping. Failing to secure the dockboard potentially exposes the forklift operator to fall hazards.
