29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. Location: 18th floor. Employees were using a portable electric Hilti TE16 drill that was being energized by a red extension cord that had the strain relief broken. On or about 6/27/2012.
