29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: (a) Marietta Senior Apartments - The drywall installers on the second floor were using aluminum benches that were forty eight inches in length and nine and one-half inches wide at the platform and adjusted from eighteen inches to thirty inches high, on or about June 27, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
