29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) 27 Market Street, Shamokin PA; While employees used a 32 foot aluminum extension ladder to access the roof work area employees were exposed to an electrical hazard as the aluminum extension ladder was positioned within 2 feet of an incoming 240 Volt home power line, on or about 06/27/12. Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required
