29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On June 03, 2012 and times prior to, employees were adding battery acid to fork lift's batteries. A eye wash station was provided but did not contain solution to rinse eyes exposing employees to chemical burns to eyes.
