The circuit breaker panel which feeds the IH SOLVE had 5 of the 8 circuit breakers not labeled within the electrical panel labeled EQP1.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 01/07/2020, Matthews International Corporation dba Schawk!, located at 10866 Indian Head Industrial Blvd., St. Louis, MO, had not established a Hazard Communication Program complete with all the required corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The employer did have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various products/materials for which they did not have the SDS. The employer had not converted everything to Safety Data Sheets. There were such products as: 1) Cyrel Plate Material which employees are exposed; and 2) CSL26 Denatured Alcohol which may be fatal or cause blindness.
