29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: Vehicle parking lot, new storage building: On July 6, 2012, and times prior thereto, an employee was installing roofing on a low slope roof at a height of 12.5 feet without fall protection. Note: Abatement certification is Not required for this item.
