AFFORDABLE ROOFING AND GUTTERS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), OR IT'S EQUIVALENT STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 310290127, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 4, 2007, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4127 PERRYSVILLE AVENUE, PITTSBURGH, PA.
