29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Dishwashing area in kitchen: An eyewash station, capable of providing 15 minutes of continuous flush, was not provided where employees used corrosive chemicals, such as, but not limited to Santec Resolve Zero Multi Purpose Lime Scale Remover and A-1 bleach, on or about 7/5/12. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
