29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i): The design of support systems, or other protective systems that were drawn from manufacturer's tabulated data was not in accordance with all specifications, recommendations, and limitations issued by the manufacturer. (a) Location - The corner of Garden Street and Chauncy Street, Cambridge, MA: On or about 7/9/2012, the employer failed to follow the specifications from the manufacturers of the vertical hydraulic shores by using a single layer of three quarter inch plywood as part of his support system.
