29 CFR 1915.81(b)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each walkway was kept clear of tools, equipment, materials, and other objects that created a hazard for employees: 1. Caisson deck: Employees were exposed to trip hazards while walking on the caisson deck with electrical cords, welding leads, and hoses running across the walkway. Also, ropes and wire rope slings stored on the deck encroached into the walkway. 2. North Structural Shop: Employees were exposed to trip hazards inside and outside the shop where electrical cords and welding leads were run across the floor.
