29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) 2nd story roof area, west side, on or about 7/9/12: Employees were using a Milwaukee 10 1/4 saw with a masonry blade to cut control joints in the masonry wall. The saw was not equipped with a guard to protect the blade.
