29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) RPN Trim, Inc. at 4529 Thornberry Street, Frederick, CO 80504: On or before July 7, 2012, the employer did not ensure that two 120 volt Skilsaws used to cut siding were grounded in that both saws were missing their ground plugs. The skilsaws were not double insulated but were used on a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Condition exposed employees to the electrical shock hazards.
