29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):     A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    (a) Abesco Inc. did not ensure that a written respiratory protection program was implemented for employees required to wear 3M 6300/07026 half-mask air purifying respirators equipped with organic vapor cartridges during painting and sanding operations  to protect them from physical and chemical irritants.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):     The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    (a) Abesco Inc. did not provide medical evaluations for employees required to wear 3M 6300/07026 half-mask air purifying respirators equipped with organic vapor cartridges during painting and sanding operations to protect them from physical and chemical irritants.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):     The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator was fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter    (a) Abesco Inc. did not ensure employees required to wear 3M 6300/07026 half-mask air purifying respirators equipped with organic vapor cartridges during painting and sanding operations to protect them from physical and chemical irritants were fit tested prior to the inital use of the respirator.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
