29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: Jobsite located at Fraternity Circle, Kingston, RI, Exterior of northeast side of western most dorm: On or about 06/27/2012, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards from construction debris in the form of discarded wooden pallets, large rocks, extension cord, discarded bricks, flashing material, and discarded rebar material that was allowed to accumulate in the work area. The Acranom Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.25(a), which was contaiined in OSHA inspection number 314714973, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/07/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2372 Whitley Avenue (Hamden Town Hall), Hamden, Connecticut.
