Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):  The employer did not provide training to ensure: 1) that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by the employees and 2) that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls was acquired by the employee:    (a) Ammac Incorporated, 3405 Board Road, York, PA - Employees performed maintenance and servicing activities on machinery and equipment, to include but not limited to screw and CNC machines.  The employer did not provide lockout/tagout training to the employees, thus exposing the employees to various injuries, on or about July 10, 2012.
