29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities shall be in near proximity to the worksite and shall be so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances. (a) Yavapai Apache, Camp Verde, AZ, 210 A First-Man Street: On or about April 26, 2012, employees engaged in painting and coating the interior of a building at a construction site were exposed to materials containing crystalline silica and were not provided with means to wash off harmful contaminants.
