Such facilities shall be in near proximity to the worksite and shall be so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances.    (a)  Yavapai Apache, Camp Verde, AZ, 210 A First-Man Street:  On or about April 26, 2012, employees engaged in painting and coating the interior of a building at a construction site were exposed to materials containing crystalline silica and were not provided with means to wash off harmful contaminants.
