Mac Arthur Avenue in Eau Claire, WI; Noncombustible/flame proof screens were not provided in sufficient quantities to protect others from rays producted from arc welding operations. i. Welding screens were not provided on two sides where contractors were working. ii. Welding screens were constructed of combustible materials (plastic tarps).
