29 CFR 1926.351(e): Arc welding or cutting operations were not shielded by noncombustible or flameproof screens to protect employees and other persons working in the vicinity from the direct rays of the arc. (a) San Carlos Apatch Tribe, Public Health Building, West Entrance Area: On or thereabout May 3, 2012, the employer did not provide welding curtains or screens to protect neaby workers from exposure to the UV light from the electical arc, exposing employees to eye related injuries.
