29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Employees were engaged in a steel erection activity on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level and were not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: (a) 111 Front Street, Harrisburg, PA - Employees were installing decking without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of 62 to 67 feet in height, on or about July 11, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
