29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 10, 2012, at the construction site; employees were working on a roof top approximately 10 feet high and a roof pitch of 10/12 without fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard. ADELINO MENDOZA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR AN EQUIVALENT OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b) (13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 316182187, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON 12-28-2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9514 SABINE RIVER, HOUSTON, TX. 77086.
