The training shall include the following areas, as applicable: a. On or about July 10, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting tuckpointing operations on the West side of the building from a two point suspended scaffold, more than twenty five (25) feet above the ground, was not trained to recognize the hazards associated with scaffolding. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with falls. b. On or about July 10, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting tuckpointing operations on the North side of the building from a two point suspended scaffold, more than twenty five (25) feet above the ground, was not trained to recognize the hazards associated with scaffolding. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with falls.
